Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone.

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.

By receiving treatment at K Skin & Wellness, you confirm that you are medically fit to undergo the selected service(s).

Please inform your provider of any allergies, medications, or medical conditions prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to decline treatment based on medical contraindications or concerns.

Full payment is due at the time of service.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing partners.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. You will be notified in advance of any changes that affect your scheduled appointments.

We do not offer refunds on completed services.

For prepaid packages or memberships, refunds are available only in the event of a medically necessary cancellation, with documentation.

Products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.

Individual results from treatments may vary.

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
